The Low Salt Lysis Buffer is a precise combination of buffering components, protease and phosphatase inhibitors, low salt concentrations, chelators, and detergents ideal for the prompt lysis of primary cells or tissue samples or cultured cells for the preparation of lysates from these cells. The lysate obtained can be analyzed by immunoprecipitation, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, western blotting, ELISA, and for various other activities of proteins.
